The Cristão desde Pequeno is committed to offering high-quality materials and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Our Return Policy describes the conditions and procedures for returning or exchanging products purchased through our website. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 (thirty) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, without the need for justification. To exercise this right, the product must be:
- In perfect condition;
- Without signs of use;
- In the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
2. Return Process
2.1. Return Request: To request a return, please contact our customer support team by email at contato@cristaodesdepequeno.com or by phone at +46 072 991 7468, informing the order number, the reason for the return and attaching a photo of the product (if applicable).
2.2. Request Deadline: The return request must be made within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
2.3. Shipping the Product: After the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us. The shipping cost will be our responsibility in cases of defect or error in the order. If the reason is cancellation, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
3. Exchange Conditions
3.1. Exchange due to Defect or Incorrect Product: If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or different from the one you purchased, we offer an exchange at no additional cost. The customer must contact us within 7 calendar days after receipt so that we can begin the exchange process.
3.2. Conditions for Exchange: The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, and accompanied by all accessories and manuals. The exchange will be made for an identical product, depending on availability in stock. If the product is no longer available, we offer the option of exchanging it for another product of equal value or refund.
4. Refunds
4.1. Refund Deadline: The refund will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product. The amount will be refunded in the same form of payment used in the purchase, within 30 business days after approval of the return.
4.2. Refund Method: If the purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will be made directly to the card statement. For payments via boleto or bank transfer, the refund will be made via bank deposit to the account provided by the customer.
5. Exceptions
5.1. Digital Products: Digital products, such as e-books or materials that can be downloaded or accessed online, are not subject to the return or refund policy, except in cases of file defects.
5.2. Customized Products: Products customized according to the customer's specifications cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
