Some of these characters are famous, loved, and admired by many. Others are complete unknowns, perhaps even anonymous.
Many aren't even the protagonists of the story, merely supporting characters—or even a pretext to talk about something bigger.
There are beautiful and inspiring stories. But, truth be told, others are quite ugly and sad.


Since they're all in the Bible, they help us better understand who God is, who we are, and why we need Him so much in our lives.
